We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental treatment. You can help by paying for services received at the time of your visit. If your treatment program requires several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to discuss definite financial arrangements with a member of our business staff. Payment may be made with cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card. We also accept patients who receive financing through Care Credit and Capital One.
If you have insurance we will be happy to help you take advantage of your plan’s benefits. Insurance plans are different, and it is impossible for us to know the intricacies of each. However, experience has shown that most plans cover 50%-80% of treatment. We will help you in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions—but please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing a patient for fees paid to a doctor, and is not a substitute for payment. You are responsible for your account when services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made through the business office.
